"The superficial modernization and the soullessness of the Japanese" -part 3

Last time[link]
Now, I need to talk about two ideologies which had been retained after the Meiji era.
One of those is "Kanpisi"(韓非子) called "houka sisou"(法家思想)
Another one is "Dou ka"(道家) called "rousou sisou"(老荘思想) or "sinsen sisou"(神仙思想).
These two ideologies were imported from China too.
Similarly Jukyou were done.
Tell the truth, the three make a set.
So the two ideologies were not thrown away through the Japanese strange modernize.

Jyukyou is a obedience training for retainers and people.
Kanpisi is a method to control retainers and people.
It is said that Kanpisi is the method to use secretly.
Kanpisi is a bible for any dictators.
I ask you to pay attention for the distinction between these two ideologies, Jukyou and Kanpisi.
The thought and the moral are divided into much different two pieces.
For example...
Retainers and people must not tell any lie.
Jyukyou prohibit it.
In the other hand, dictators can tell some lies to control retainers and people.
Kanpisi permit dictators to do so.

Well, it is important that the people accept this discrimination.
There is the class system of thoughts and morals.
There is no universal humanity and morality.
There is only not-universal and limited thinking manners depending on class.
This double standard is not regarded as a social inconsistency and an inequality.

In addition, people have silent approval.
This approval can be accepted by worshiping for some people's ancestral spirit related to their dictator.
The Eastern Asian people have think their dictator is proxy of their parents.
In recent times, there has not been visible dictators but only system of centralization of administrative power that has been left yet.
And people misperceive that the system is their tradition from ancient times.
Because absent master of the system was related to their ancestors by Meiji government's policies like Shinto.

There are some persons who said that next.
"Kanpisi's method was so shrewd trick that dictators could keep their power."
This opinion is wrong.

Because Kanpisi have been a very famous book from old times.
So retainers and people could know about the book and read it.
It is not important what is written in the book.
It is important to make retainer and people put under the mind that dictators exist in another dimension at thinking and believing.
Being of thought like Kanpisi has people admit the double standard into their mind.
"The double standard is quite ordinary..."
This is the matter.

So only by handing the mind to next generation of the people, even if there have been no dictator; nevertheless the system of centralization keep on working without the master.
If previous opinion "Kanpisi's method was so shrewd trick that..." is true,
But it is impossible to explain recent Japanese situation.
Because the modern Japanese government didn't have monarchs with right of decision‐making.
Not only to be non-able to explain, but also to make misinterpretation that upper class have special method to govern country.
By this mistaking, the people are prevented getting awareness that the people have the sovereignty even in some modern state or nation.

Even when the people watch a complete failure of politics by simple the government's folly, they think the failure is unavoidable because politics is so complicated that people could not untie it at all.
And the people believe that they must not participate in politics because they can't understand the method of politics.
So even if people could object against some government's failure, they do it only on attitude for somebody else's business.
This situation often causes a result that the government leave their failure as it is.
Because no one thinks it is possible for him/herself to touch the political problem.

A scene of some job-fair in Japan.
The last is about "Dou-ka"(道家) as "rousou sisou"(老荘思想) and "sinsen sisou"(神仙思想).
This ideology is a style of nihilism.
Thought of Dou-ka often have been said "wile and toughness of the Eastern people".
This is wrong.
The thought work as nihilism to get pretext of practical action-less.
The nihilism have people's eyes turned away from the stress of daily life and tyranny.

Dou-ka have two opinions which are mutually contradictory.
The first is doctrine "You should be satisfied in pedestrian daily life."
The second one is the next.
"Become a wizard capable of performing miracles!"
(The wizard are called "Sinsen"神仙 or "Sen-nin"仙人)
In these ways, Dou-ka recommend commonplace in one side.
Why does the believers in the Dou-ka wish that he/her were a person with preternatural power in another side ?
It seems strange at a glance.
But the contradictory will be canceled when you know the mental of Tao-ist in below writing.

In some text of Dou-ka, there is next words.
"People can ran away from any tyranny at anytime."

The believers give silent approval even for tyranny.
The Dou-ka believers justify the obedience by the thinking "People can ran away..."
They can think they have a power to select be free or not be free,
by being under the impression that they can ran away from all at anytime.
They believe that their running away power can transcend all government's power of any dictators.
But it is only a wild fancy.
Because they can't escape to anywhere on the actual situation.
Many actual limitations make the people not be able to escape from their government.

"I can ran away if I can't bear with this government. So I don't have to do anything for the little unreasonable by this government."

They say this even when the unreasonable is getting more bigger and bigger.
This freedom that they think they have is a wild fancy.
Although the wild fancy is not real being. it makes the people missed their motive for resisting tyrannies actually.
And then, some system is retained as it is.
Keeping convenient style for men of power like some dictators.

The wild fancy to escape is similar to their another wild fancy of being able to be a wizard called "Sinsen"or "Sen-nin".

"I can ran away from all situations."
"I can become a wizard."

Someone might feel the former is a pragmatic thought.
But both sayings are escape from reality.
Can we exile ourselves easily ?

The wizard have a fictitious place in their fairy tales.
The place is called "Tougen kyou"(桃源郷).
It is the place for the wizards to escape from the real society.

Then, I have a question.
Why do the wizards escape from reality?
Do they have ability of performing miracles ?
It seems that the wizards have only to change the real world with their ability.
Why they don't do so ?
...This is the proof that the wizards can't be beyond this secular world at all.

So the two opinions of "Dou-ka" are only fakes to get a misunderstanding into the believer's head.
The wrong impression is that the people have already been free without doing anything.

Now in contemporary Japan, many Japanese people use Internet services like social network service as "cyber-Tougen kyou".
Moe animes often are used as trinkets for keeping this "cyber-Tougen kyou".
The people think they play in the untouchable place for any secular powers like government.
It is important for their imaginary freedom only that continuing of their talk for keeping the "cyber-Tougen kyou".
They only want some trinkets for chattering.
(So, no matter how poor in content many moe animes are, Otaku take no notice of the drops in quality of story and other points.)
But in reality, the place is touchable by secular government.
Unfortunately because of the reason, there are very few the Japanese who use Internet services to change actual world.
The major Internet users of the Japanese use Internet services only for the nihilism .

Of course some people do something to change wrongs seriously in my country.
I know them.
But when I take a broad view of the situation in Japan, I have to tell the truth like my writing.

...To be continued to the final chapter.
